Reviews show that residents in the UK’s Build to Rent developments are enjoying exceptional levels of service. Ratings for customer service have increased since the pandemic, while the proportion of Build to Rent residents who would recommend their developer is also on the up. Based on the reviews of verified residents, we’ve compiled this list of some of the best Build to Rent (BTR) developers currently operating in the UK.

HomeViews’ 2022 Build to Rent Resident Choice AwardsOn 15 November 2022, HomeViews announced their 2022 Build to Rent Resident Choice Awards recognising the outstanding performers in the growing UK Build to Rent sector. In total there were 12 award categories, with rankings based on reviews gathered between 16 October 2021 and 16 October 2022. Only developments with 10 or more verified reviews during this period were considered eligible for the awards.

Build to Rent (BTR) developers handled the challenges posed by the pandemic with admirable resolve and ingenuity. While frustrations at the closure of facilities did impact upon ratings as lockdowns wore on, these scores have since recovered.
